IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For all those pilots who will be
sending there balloons via airplane you will need the Carnet ATA for
customs purposes. Destination airport is Turin Airport.
In the absence of the Carnet ATA
please pay attention to the following:

The Balloon must arrive with
the AWB with description "Effetti personali - mongolfiera" (in
english "Personal belongings - Hot Air Balloon"), with registration
number of the balloon verifiable on the owners documents.

Clearly state on the AWB in
the "notify" field: CUSTOMAGENTS - Sig.ra Elsa tel 011 5678136

If you are sending to Turin
airport, as soon as you arrive we will need to give to the
customs agent your certificate of ownership (in original, no
copy will be accepted). We suggest you send your documents via DHL
(for information on DHL please send a mail to Giovanni Aimo)
